Who is behind Eggtrackr

My name is Nicolas Carrara. Eggtrackr is an independent project that I build single-handedly under Seroha, my French micro-business. I am a developer by trade, with a day job on the side, and I build the app in my spare time, out of passion.

I keep poultry myself: Eggtrackr grew out of my own needs as a keeper and the everyday problems I run into. Every feature comes from real hands-on practice, not from a desk.

This independence has one big advantage: I answer to no one but the users. No investors, no advertising, no selling of data.

Our mission

Eggtrackr started from a simple observation: tracking your hatches on paper or in a spreadsheet quickly gets messy. We wanted a clear tool that supports the keeper from setting the eggs to following the adult birds, without the hassle.

The app brings together candling, turning and lockdown reminders, hatch rate statistics, individual bird records and bloodline management, all in one place.

Built for keepers

Eggtrackr is made for hobbyists and small passionate flocks: chickens, ducks, quail, geese, turkeys and other poultry. Every feature answers a real, hands-on need, from the incubation calendar by species to the hatch rate calculator.

We keep improving the app based on user feedback, so it stays simple while covering the real needs of a flock.

Respect for your data

Privacy is at the heart of Eggtrackr. Your data is hosted on servers located in Europe, we do not sell any information and we do not use advertising trackers.

You stay in control: you can export or delete your data at any time from the app.
