What data do we collect?

Data you provide directly: email address, name if you create an account, and farming data you enter in the application.

Farming data may include information about your incubations, animals, enclosures, incubation parameters, observation logs and photos.

Data collected automatically: some authentication data is managed by Supabase, our database provider, as well as by Apple or Google if you use their sign-in services.

In-app purchases are managed by RevenueCat and by the stores, App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment information.

What we do not collect

We do not collect location data.

We do not collect advertising data.

We do not sell any data to third parties.

How do we use your data?

Your data is used solely to operate the application.

It allows us to sync your data across your devices, send you reminder notifications such as candling, lockdown or hatching reminders, and manage your Premium subscription.

Where is your data stored?

Your data is stored on Supabase servers, on secure infrastructure hosted in Europe.

Photos are also stored on Supabase Storage.

If you delete your account, all your data is permanently erased within 30 days.

Data sharing

We use technical service providers that are necessary to operate the application.

Supabase is used for the database and storage. Its privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

RevenueCat is used for subscription management. Its privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple may be used for authentication with Sign in with Apple. Its privacy policy is available at apple.com/privacy.

Google may be used for authentication with Google Sign In. Its privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Aptabase is used for usage statistics. We only send anonymous user actions there, with no advertising data.

None of these providers use your data for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You can access your data from within the application at any time.

You can export your data from Settings → Export my data.

You can delete your account and all your data from Settings → Danger zone.
